Review Reminder

Overview

In the current digital era, we all know the significance of good reviews. The way they can build an image of a reliable retailer. Gone are the days when businesses used to struggle in finding the most effective way to get more positive reviews. The Magento 2 Review Reminder extension developed by Sparsh automatically emails customers after every x number of days, for defined order statuses and asks to share their shopping experience and reminds them to give feedback/review for the product.

Sending reminder emails to all customers by enabling the extension from the backend, the store can get more reviews effortlessly from customers. Also, you can choose customer groups to whom review reminder emails will be sent. Store owners have the liberty to decide the time, sender name and templates to use for emails sent to customers.

Review Reminder Email

As soon as you enable the extension from the backend, the system will automatically start logging records after every successful order placed and Cron will send review reminder emails to customers based on customer group, order statuses, and the number of days configured from the backend.

Set From Email Address

To make this extension work 100%, make sure you accomplish the configuration needs. Go to the admin > Login> Stores > Configuration > store email address > email sender which is set for this extension. If not specified, then by default general contact name and email will be used as from name and email address.
